Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use MailFellow, we access your email account (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP) to read incoming emails and forward them to your chosen Discord or Slack channel. We also send email replies on your behalf when you respond from chat.

What we store

• Your account email address and name
• OAuth tokens (encrypted) to access your email provider
• Email metadata: sender, subject, snippet, timestamps
• Email body text for forwarding and preview
• Your platform settings: channel, authorized members

What we don't do

• We never delete or modify your emails
• We never share your data with third parties
• We never use your emails for advertising or training

Data retention

Email content is stored as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored securely. We follow industry best practices for data protection.
