How does the free trial work?
Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.
Which email providers do you support?
MailFellow works with Gmail, Outlook, and any email provider that supports IMAP. Gmail and Outlook connect via OAuth 2.0. For other providers, you can use standard IMAP credentials.

What chat platforms do you support?
MailFellow supports Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp. On the Pro plan you can choose one platform. On Business and above, you can use multiple platforms simultaneously.
Can I reply to emails from my chat platform?
Yes. You can reply directly from your Slack or Discord thread. Your reply is sent as a real email from your connected account. The recipient sees a normal email, not a bot message.
What languages does the AI translation support?
MailFellow supports 15+ languages with auto-detection. It uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. Incoming emails are translated automatically, and your replies are translated back to the customer's language.
Do I need to pay for AI separately?
Yes, you use your own API key from OpenAI or Anthropic. There is no hidden markup. You pay the provider directly at their standard rates.
How is my data secured?
We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication, never storing your passwords. All tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All connections use TLS 1.2+. We are GDPR compliant with full data export and deletion.
Is MailFellow GDPR compliant?
Yes. You can export your data, delete your account, and we track consent. Your data is processed according to GDPR requirements.
How does team reply work?
On Business plans and above, you can authorize team members to reply to emails from your connected account. They discuss in the thread, and when ready, any authorized member can send the final reply. The customer sees one professional response.
