Your inbox is invisible to your team

Your community runs on Discord. But every time someone sends an email, only one person sees it.

Tab juggling

You flip between Gmail and Discord dozens of times a day. Every switch breaks your focus and slows your team down.

Emails get buried

Nobody knows if that support email was handled. It sits in one person's inbox while the rest of the team is blind.

Slow replies

Customers wait while your team figures out who should respond. By the time someone replies, the moment has passed.

Zero visibility

You can't see email status without asking. No dashboard, no assignments, no way to know what's open or overdue.

Emails land in your Discord server

Every email shows up as a rich embed in the channel you choose. Your team reacts, discusses in threads, and replies. The sender just sees a normal email.

Everything in one place

Emails land in the Discord channel your team already watches. No tab switching, no context loss.

Every email tracked

Assigned, resolved, or pending: every email's status is visible to the whole team in real time.

Reply in seconds

Type in the Discord thread. MailFellow sends it as a real email from your address. The customer never knows the difference.

Full visibility

Dashboard shows every email's status across all channels. Know what's open, who's handling it, and how fast you're replying.

Everything your server needs to handle email

Purpose-built for teams that treat Discord as their command center.

Rich email embeds

Emails arrive as clean Discord embeds with sender, subject, and a preview of the body. Attachments are linked and downloadable. Everything is formatted for easy reading on desktop and mobile.

Slash commands

Use Discord slash commands to reply, assign, resolve, or block emails. Type /reply in a thread and your message is sent as a real email. All commands are autocompleted by Discord.

Button actions

Every email embed includes interactive buttons for common actions. Resolve a conversation, assign it to a team member, or mark it as spam with a single click. No commands to remember.

Channel routing

Route different email addresses to different Discord channels. Support emails go to #support, sales to #sales. Keep conversations organized and teams focused on what's theirs.

Thread-based replies

Reply in the Discord thread and MailFellow sends it as a real email from your address. The recipient sees a normal email with no bot signatures, no forwarding headers, and no "sent via" footers.

Role-based permissions

Control who can reply, assign, or configure settings. Map Discord roles to MailFellow permissions so your server stays secure without extra setup.

How it works

Add the bot, connect your inbox, pick a channel. Emails start arriving in seconds.

1

Connect your email

Link your Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP account. OAuth for Gmail and Outlook, app password for IMAP.

2

Add the Discord bot

Invite MailFellow to your server and select the channel for incoming emails. The bot only needs permissions for the channels you choose.

3

Read and reply

Emails appear as embeds. Use slash commands or buttons to reply, assign, and resolve, all from Discord.

Communities and teams using MailFellow on Discord

Whether you're handling support, closing deals, or running operations, MailFellow fits your workflow.

Customer Support

Route support@ to #support. Your team sees every ticket, assigns owners, and resolves issues without leaving Discord.

Sales

Inbound leads appear in #sales instantly. Reps reply within minutes instead of hours, and the whole team sees pipeline activity.

Operations

Vendor emails, invoices, and logistics updates are all visible in one channel. No more digging through inboxes to find that shipping confirmation.
