Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen in MailFellow. It shows key metrics, recent activity, and insights about your email workflow.

Period Filter

Use the tabs at the top to filter all dashboard data by time period:

• Today:activity since midnight (in your configured timezone)
• Week:last 7 days (default)
• Month:last 30 days
• All:all time

Metrics

The top of the dashboard shows key performance cards:

• Forwarded:total emails forwarded to your chat platform, with change percentage vs. previous period
• Replies:total replies sent from chat, with change percentage
• Response Rate:percentage of forwarded emails that received a reply
• CSAT:average satisfaction score and total ratings (visible when CSAT is enabled)
• Blocked:number of blocked senders
• Avg Response:average time between receiving an email and sending a reply

Setup Checklist

A progress bar and checklist help you complete the initial setup:

1. Connect email:link your Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP account
2. Connect platform:select and configure a chat platform
3. Enable auto-reply:turn on automatic responses
4. Enable AI features:set up categorization and summarization
5. Add VIP contacts:mark important senders

Each step links to its settings page. Once all steps are complete, the checklist disappears.

Recent Threads

Below the metrics, a feed shows your most recent email threads with:

• Sender name and avatar
• Subject line
• Message count:how many messages are in the thread
• Status:Awaiting reply, You replied, They replied, or Resolved
• VIP badge:if the sender is on your VIP list
• Deep link:click to jump to the thread in your chat platform

A counter shows how many threads are awaiting reply.

Insights

• Top Senders:the 5 senders who email you most
• Busiest Hours:which hours of the day you receive the most emails

Account Switcher

If you have multiple email accounts connected, use the dropdown in the top navigation bar to switch between them. Each account has its own channel, settings, rules, and VIP list.
