Team Leaderboard
The Team Leaderboard ranks your team members by email reply activity. Use it to track performance, identify your fastest responders, and see who is handling the most volume.
Plan requirement: Team Leaderboard is available on the Business plan and above.
Overview
Navigate to the Team page from the top navigation bar. You will see three summary cards at the top:
- Total Replies:total number of replies sent by all team members in the selected period
- Active Members:how many team members sent at least one reply
- Fastest Responder:the member with the lowest average response time
Period Filter
Use the tabs at the top to filter the leaderboard by time period:
- Today:activity since midnight (in your configured timezone)
- Week:last 7 days
- Month:last 30 days (default)
- All:all time
Member Rankings
The leaderboard table shows each member ranked by reply count, with:
- Rank:position with color-coded badges (gold for 1st, silver for 2nd, bronze for 3rd)
- Name:member display name
- Replies:number of replies sent
- Avg Response:average time between receiving an email and sending a reply
- Share:percentage of total replies handled by this member
A secondary view sorted by response speed is also available, showing only members with response data.
Member Detail
Click on any member to see their individual performance page, which includes:
- Reply count, assigned threads, and average response time for the selected period
- Top category:which email category (Support, Sales, Billing, etc.) they handle most
- Activity chart:daily reply count over the last 30 days
- Recent replies:the last 20 emails they responded to
- Audit log:their last 30 actions (replies, assignments, blocks, etc.)
