Free Trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the Business plan. During the trial, all Business features are unlocked with up to 5 email accounts. No credit card required.

When the trial expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data and settings are preserved. Upgrade anytime to restore access.

Self-Hosted

The self-hosted plan is for teams that run MailFellow on their own infrastructure. It includes all features with no account limits.

  • All features unlocked (including SSO and audit log)
  • One-time license or annual renewal options

Feature Descriptions

Team Reply

Allow multiple team members to reply to emails from your chat platform. Each member can have their own display name and signature. See Team Members.

VIP Contacts

Mark important contacts to prioritize their emails. Supports CSV/XLSX import. See VIP Contacts.

Routing Rules

Automatically route emails to different channels or webhooks based on sender, subject, or recipient. See Routing Rules.

Scheduled Send

Schedule emails to be sent later. Options: now, 1 hour, 3 hours, tomorrow at 9 AM, tomorrow at 2 PM, next Monday. Available when sending emails via the /mailfellow send command.

Auto-Reply

Automatically respond to incoming emails with a customizable template. See Automation.

Canned Responses

Save reusable reply templates with shortcut names. Use them via the quick reply command. See Quick Replies.

Attachment Forwarding

Email attachments are forwarded to your chat platform as files. Without this feature, only the email text is forwarded.

AI Features

Automatic categorization, summarization, and translation of emails. See AI Features.

Multi-Platform

Forward emails to multiple chat platforms simultaneously (e.g. Discord + Slack + Telegram). Without this feature, only one platform can be active at a time.

Daily Digest (Detailed)

Enhanced daily digest with per-email breakdown and statistics. See Daily Digest.

Audit Log

Complete history of all actions taken through MailFellow. See Audit Log.

CSAT Surveys

Automatically collect customer satisfaction ratings after resolving email threads. See CSAT Surveys.

Team Leaderboard

Track team performance with reply counts, response times, and member rankings. See Team Leaderboard.

Custom Webhooks

Forward email events to external services via JSON webhooks. See Custom Webhooks.

Data Export

SSO

Single sign-on with Google OAuth for team login. Available on Enterprise and Self-Hosted plans.

Billing

Subscriptions are managed from the Billing page. You can:

  • Choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves 30%)
  • Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in the top menu
  • Cancel your subscription (access continues until the current billing period ends)
