Scheduled Send
Schedule emails to be sent at a later time instead of immediately. This is useful for reaching recipients at the right time across time zones, or for preparing responses in advance.
How to Schedule an Email
When sending an email through MailFellow (via the send command on any platform), you can specify when to send it.
On Discord
- Type
/mailfellow sendin a channel - A modal opens with To, Subject, Body fields
- In the "When" field, enter one of the schedule options
- Submit the modal
On other platforms
When using the guided send flow (Telegram, WhatsApp, Teams, Mattermost, Slack), the email is sent immediately by default. Discord's modal is the primary interface for scheduled sending.
Schedule Options
| Value | When it sends |
|---|---|
now (or empty) | Immediately |
1h | 1 hour from now |
3h | 3 hours from now |
tomorrow_9 | Tomorrow at 9:00 AM (your timezone) |
tomorrow_14 | Tomorrow at 2:00 PM (your timezone) |
next_monday | Next Monday at 9:00 AM (your timezone) |
Leave the field empty or type now to send immediately.
Translation for Outgoing Emails
When composing a reply from Discord, you can optionally specify a language code in the Language field (e.g. de, fr, es, ja). MailFellow will translate your message into that language before sending. Leave empty for auto-detection based on the thread's language.
