Data Export

MailFellow lets you download all your data or permanently delete your account. These features support GDPR's right to data portability and right to erasure.

Exporting Your Data

  1. Go to Settings > Data Export
  2. Click Download my data
  3. A JSON file (mailfellow-data-export.json) is downloaded to your device

What is included

The export contains all data associated with your account:

  • User profile:name, email, role, plan, creation date
  • Accounts:all connected email accounts with their settings
  • Emails:subject, sender, type, category, language, assignment, thread ID, timestamps
  • Blocks:your blocked sender list
  • VIP contacts:your VIP list
  • Canned responses:saved reply templates
  • Routing rules:email routing configuration
  • Automation config:auto-reply, CSAT, and other automation settings
  • Audit logs:your recent activity history

Deleting Your Account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, email accounts, settings, and history will be permanently removed.
  1. Go to Settings > Delete Account
  2. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
  3. Enter your password (if you have one set)
  4. Click Delete my account

After deletion:

  • All your data is permanently removed from MailFellow's database
  • Your session is invalidated immediately
  • You are redirected to the login page
Tip: We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account, in case you need it later.
