Notifications

MailFellow sends email notifications to keep you informed about important events. You can control which notifications you receive from the settings page.

Managing Notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications
Toggle individual events on or off
Click Save preferences

Notification Categories

Onboarding

Event	Description	Default
Welcome email	Sent immediately after registration	On
First email connected	When you connect your first email account	On
First platform connected	When you connect your first chat platform	On
First email forwarded	When your first email is forwarded to chat	On

Subscription

Event	Description	Default
Trial started	Confirmation when your trial begins	On
Trial expiring soon	Reminder 3 days before your trial ends	On
Trial expired	When your trial period ends	On
Plan changed	When your subscription plan changes	On
Payment failed	When a payment attempt fails	On

Reports

Event	Description	Default
Weekly summary	Weekly overview of your email activity	On

Security

Note: Security notifications are always sent regardless of your preferences.

Event	Description
New device login	When someone logs in from a new device
Password changed	Confirmation when your password is changed
Account deactivated	When your account is deactivated
Token expired	When your email provider token expires
