WhatsApp Integration
Connect MailFellow to WhatsApp Business to receive email notifications on WhatsApp. You can view emails, resolve threads, and interact with your inbox directly from WhatsApp.

Connecting WhatsApp
- Go to Settings > Channel
- Select WhatsApp as the platform
- Enter the recipient phone number in international format (e.g.
905551234567) - Click Save

Available Commands
Send these as text messages to the bot (no / prefix needed):

Limitations
- 24-hour window: After 24 hours without user activity, only template messages can be sent
- Max 3 buttons: WhatsApp limits interactive messages to 3 reply buttons. Secondary actions are available via a "More" button.
- No message editing: Sent messages cannot be updated after delivery
- No message deletion: Bots cannot delete messages
